Wonders of the Woodlands - Dinner & Spotlight Walk

Discover the wonders of Box Gum Woodlands by night. Join us for dinner and a guided spotlight walk at a property in Lowesdale.  Pull up a chair and enjoy some good company, a hearty meal, and hear from our guest presenters from NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust and BirdLife Australia over dinner before setting off on a guided spotlight walk.  

When: Tuesday 6th August 2024; 5.30 pm to 9 pm 

Where: Lowesdale, NSW (property address provided upon RSVP). The location will be shown on your ticket confirmation which will be emailed to you upon booking. 

  • Enjoy a guided walk to look for nocturnal animals and find out who calls our woodlands home.

  • Learn about the value of Box Gum woodlands, private land conservation and biodiversity management with Colleen O’Malley and Mason Crane (NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust).

  • Find out about Biodiversity Conservation Trust and BirdLife Australia programs running in the region, and how to support your on-farm natural capital.

What to bring: This event will be held outdoors. Please bring a torch/headlamp, wear sturdy enclosed footwear, and dress for weather conditions.
